Conditions of Sale
Seat numbers are not allocated. You may sit where you please.
Although your pre-booked ticket guarantees you a seat reservation, this expires when the show starts, and your seats may be re-allocated to box office sales. Please be on time for the show.
After your booking you will be sent an email with summary of your order. Your booking is confirmed only after Paypal send you a second, confirmation email that your order has been processed.
Once the tickets are purchased they cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled.
Refunds cannot be made for tickets uncollected or unused.
In case of a cancellation of an event you should be entitled to a full refund of all the fees paid or exchange of tickets for another date.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission to an event if they believe you can be a danger to the audience or yourself or can affect the enjoyment or duration of the show (for example due to being under influence of drugs or alcohol).
How to Order Online
- Select the number of tickets you require in the QTY box.
- Use the drop down box to select ticket type (Adult / Child/Concession). Click ‘Add to Cart’.
- This will open a new window with your cart, here you can alter the quantity or remove items using ‘Update Cart’.
- If further tickets are required, for different performances, or different ticket types, click ‘Continue Shopping’ to return to this page. Repeat this for all required tickets.
- When all your selections are made click ‘Order’ in the shopping cart and fill in the required information.
- After filling in the information, click the 'Confirm' button and you will be taken to Paypal secure site to complete the transaction.
- We will email you a confirmation and your tickets will be available for pick up at the door on the night of the performance you have chosen to see. Please bring either a printout of the Paypal receipt, or some proof of ID.
